PURPOSE:To obtain three primary color laser beams, with a separately provided He-Ne laser, by oscillating all of the wavelengths of an Ar laser simultaneously, making incident output light on a separating and extracting means, and separating the output light to a blue laser beam, and a green laser beam, then outputting them. CONSTITUTION:In a multiline Ar laser 1, a blue of 488nm, and a green of 14.5nm are prominent, and the laser is separated 2, and the blue is magnified 4, and is intensity-modulated at an ultrasonic optical modulator AOM5, and it is magnified 6, then it is reflected on a mirror 7. The green is intensity-modulated at an AOM5', and the red of the He-Ne laser at an AOM5'', respectively by a picture signal, and they are integrated to one beam by reflecting them on dichroic mirrors 8 and 8,. A photosensitive material 13 is scanned in right angle direction of a progrss direction via a cylindrical lens 9, and a polygon 10, and through An f-theta lens, a cylindrical lens 9'. It is advisable to use an interference filter which filters the light by the result of an interference phenomenon generated at a thin film interface, instead of the dichroic mirror. By the above constitution, a color laser light source with high resolution can be obtained.
