PURPOSE:To record necessary part of execution career of a program with time making the time for which storing is designated an original point by providing a program controlling section, time informing section, record controlling section and a storing section. CONSTITUTION:A time informing section 2 informs time information 6 periodically to a record controlling section 2 while ticking the time. A program controlling section 1 informs recording direction 5 to the controlling section 2 adding information to be recorded when record of program execution career is necessary. On receiving the direction 5, the controlling section 2 composes information 6 informed from the time informing section 3 and recording information added to the direction 5, and records recording information 7 with time to a recording section 4. After recording, the controlling section 2 stores the next position of the position of the recording section 4 recorded last. When next direction 5 is received, the storing section 4 starts recording from that position. By repeating this operation, necessary part of execution career of a program can be recorded with time making the time for which recording is directed an original point.
