PURPOSE:To reduce the size of an electromagnetic on-off valve, by a method wherein an electromagnetic on-off valve, opening and closing a passage, intercommunicating a constant pressure chamber and a transforming chamber, is located in the constant pressure chamber. CONSTITUTION:A portion outside a seat part, formed with a first valve seat 10 and a valve body 14, is communicated with a constant pressure chamber 4, through a passage 15 and an electromagnetic on-off valve 16. Further, the constant pressure chamber 4 is communicated with a negative pressure source, e.g. the intake manifold of an engine, through a negative pressure introduction pipe 17 installed to a shell 1. The electromagnetic on-off valve 16 is situated in the constant pressure chamber 4, and is mounted, in a position outside and below a coilform return spring 8, to a valve body 6. A passage 15 formed with a valve body 6, is capable of being opened and closed by means of the electromagnetic on-off valve 16.
