PURPOSE:To find abnormality of an I/O card before executing a program by checking mistakes in address setting and abnormality beforehand and running an initial program that ensures normal operation of the system before actual operation. CONSTITUTION:When executing an initial program, an I/O address is transmitted by a microprocessor. When the I/O address coincides with a card setting I/O address, the I/O address number is stored in a memory section 4, and all I/O addresses which set and exist in the system are checked up, and then application program is traveled, whole I/O addresses are checked and stored in the memory 4. Then, I/O addresses which exist in the system are compared with I/O addresses existing in an application program are compared by card setting. Discordant I/O addresses of the two are stored in the memory section 4, and when checking is completed wholly, discordant I/O addresses are outputted. |
