PURPOSE:To accurately attach a 45 deg. mirror regardless of variance of outside shape dimensions of the 45 deg. mirror by positioning the 45 deg. mirror, which reflects a laser light upward vertically, on an optical base on a basis of its 45 deg. reflecting face. CONSTITUTION:A projection 21 crossing an optical axis F of the light of a laser 3 at right angles is formed on a prescribed position 20 facing an objective lens 8 of an optical base 2 in the breadthwise direction of the base 2. A slope 22 inclined at 45 deg. to a base surface 200 is formed on the side opposite to the laser 3 of the projection 21 and is finished with a high precision. A 45 deg. mirror 6 has a 45 deg. reflecting face 601 pressed to the slope 22 and is positioned and fixed by adhesion. Since the mirror 6 is attached to the prescribed face 22 though outside shape dimensions of the mirror is somewhat varied, the optical axis F is not deviated. |
