The invention relates to a mixed machine on the "multihull sailing boat-land yacht" type, with a trihedral structure 1, with retractable wheels 2, where the overturning torque due to the aerodynamic force F3 resulting from the action of the wind on a set of variable-laminar-profile sails 4, is balanced out by the sinking of the float plane, consisting of three identical skids 5 each articulated around a vertical axis 6 and a horizontal axis 7, normal to the longitudinal axis of the skids, the latter simultaneously serving as floats, of ice skates, of variable centre-board and rudder. One application relates to production of an ultra-fast amphibious land yacht with integrated safety. <IMAGE>
