PURPOSE:To aim at compactification in a device, by installing an air spring interposingly between a table and a caster, and attaching this caster directly to a piston of the air spring, in case of the above-captioned device for precision mechanical equipment and so on. CONSTITUTION:An air spring 2 is attached to the underside of a table 1, and a caster 3 is directly attached to a piston 21, with a diaphragm 22, of the air spring 2. And, in this air spring 2, there is provided with a transverse valve setting port 23. With this constitution, compactification in a vibrationproofing device is attainable.
