PURPOSE:To efficiently perform rearranging work of a bilge block automatically in the water, by storing a necessary quantity of the bilge block and its position in a dock, which correspond to the shape of a ship, in a memory means while moving a predetermined number of the bilge blocks in X-axis and Y-axis directions in accordance with a memory content and setting the bilge blocks to predetermined positions. CONSTITUTION:A movable bilge block 1 is plurally arranged in a dock. Each bilge block 1, which is connected with a memory unit 2, is actuated by a control signal from a control unit 3. The memory unit 2 is left as previously inputting a quantity of the bilge block 1 and its position in the dock in accordance with the shape of a ship. The control unit 3, which controls the bilge block 1 on the basis of the information input to said memory unit 2, moves a predetermined number of the bilge blocks 1 in X-axis and Y-axis directions to be set to a predetermined position. In this way, setting work of the bilge block can be automatically performed, further the bilge block, which can be moved and set in the water, improves also the safety.
