By the operation, for example, K1 in a secondary information area to the primary information removing of a designating record number is read, the address information of the record R1 is known, said preliminary area K1-1 is checked, it is judged that at the time of the blank, correction is not executed and at the time of writing, correction is executed, and necessary data R1-1 can be removed.
