PURPOSE:To give a ferromagnetic thin film a high saturation flux density, a high permeability and a high corrosion resistance by preparing Fe-Mo alloy thin films by a technique of forming a thin film, such as an evaporation method or a sputtering method. CONSTITUTION:A ferromagnetic thin film 21 is constituted by an Fe-Mo alloy and prepared by a technique of forming a thin film, such as an evaporation method or a sputtering method. In the composition of the Fe-Mo alloy constituting the thin film 21, Mo is 0.9-5.8% in terms of weight%, and the remainders are Fe and impurities. In the composition of an Fe-Mo alloy constituting a thin film 22, Mo is 0.9-5.8% in terms of weight%, at least one kind of element selected from a group of Ru, Rh, Pd, Ag, Os, Ir, Pt and Au is contained at 2% or below, and the remainders are Fe and impurities. This constitution gives the thin film a high saturation flux density, a high permeability and a high corrosion resistance.
