The invention relates to an anti-theft device of the type described in the main application. This device comprises two jaws 1, 2 which can move between a closed position in which they prevent the use of the foot controls, and an open position in which they are retracted towards the floor. A safety system makes it possible to hold these jaws 1, 2 in the open position. This safety system comprises a ratchet 12 articulated about a rotation axis securely fastened to a jaw 1, and provided with a click-in heel 12a which is fitted so as to be inserted in a housing 15 made in the opposite jaw 2. In the open position of the jaws 1, 2 the click-in heel 12a is held in the housing 15 by a flexible blade 16 having a free end 16a permanently housed inside a guide window 18 securely fastened to the ratchet 12. <IMAGE> |
