PURPOSE:To obtain the wheel reducing the vibration of a running time and stabilizing the driving by fixing a nut seat with the load larger than that fixed a hub hole with its positioning and straightening and cutting a flange part with the rotation of the wheel. CONSTITUTION:The wheel 11 placed on a wheel fixing base 12 is fixed with its positioning at a hub hole 11a by applying the prescribed load P1 in the axial direction on a divided die 14 via a taper cotter 13. A nut seat fixing pin 16 is then driven, a nut seat 11b is fixed by applying the load P2(about P1+10kg) and the wheel 11 is fixed with the nut seat base. A rim bead seat part 11d is located and fixed with the prescribed force P3 in the axial direction by a vertical side fixing ring 17. A horizontal side fixing ring 19 is further ascended and rotated with applying the force of P4 in the axial direction in the state of pinching the wheel 11 with it and a horizontal vibration correcting roller 21 and the wheel is rotated via the fixed base 12 as well, and the horizontal vibration is removed with the pressure forming of a flange part 11 e. With further cutting in about 0.1-0.2mm by a cutting bit 23, the vertical vibration is removed.
