PURPOSE:To display the line usage rate and to enable a group management to be executed by constituting the titled equipment so that a user identification information is inputted through an input means manually, recording the usage state of the line corresponding to the identification information, and outputting the content of said recording for display. CONSTITUTION:After the user identification information is inputted through a keyboard, the group is identified, and the transmission is made available. A control part 10 counts the service time of the line by a timepiece part 14, and also calcalates the service charge of circuit based on the telephone number of the communication destination as referring to a rate table 16. The transmission is made available. At the time of the ending of the data transmission, its charge is totalized in group unit and stored in a memory 15. In case a calculation result is outputted by depressing a specific key of the keyboard 3, a transmission-reception recording and a group-basis totalization result in group unit can be outputted to a printer 6, etc. Consequently, for example, an identification number, a transmission date and time, a destination telephone number, a transmission time, the number of papers of transmission text, the service charge, etc. are made visually clear.
