PURPOSE:To make it possible to easily displace a workpiece in three dimensional directions within a predetermined range, by forming a cam cylinder having cam surfaces each of which is adapted to abut against the associated one of cam followers provided respectively to a longitudinally movable bed part, a laterally movable bed part and a support bed part, and by rotating these cam cylinder with the use of a drive means. CONSTITUTION:A support base bed 2 is coupled to the lower end part of a support shaft 22 which is supported to a support part 11 formed in the substantially center section of a support bed 10 so that the support shaft 22 is movable only in the vertical direction. This support base bed 2 is rotatably journalled with a cam cylinder 50 through the intermediary of a bearing 23 and is coupled with a longitudinal]y movable bed part 30 through the intermediary of a coupling shaft 31 which is laid in the substantially horizontal direction. Further, a laterally movable bed part 40 having a working bed 41 is coupled to a part of a support part 34 constituting the bed part 30, through the intermediary of a coupling shaft 42 laid in the substantially horizontal direction. Further, the above-mentioned cam cylinder 50 is composed of a first cam surface 51 cooperating with a cam follower 14 on the support bed side, and second and third cam surfaces 52, 53 cooperating with cam followers on the bed part 30, 40 side, respectively.
