PURPOSE:To prevent lubrication oil from entering into a different area, by disposing two opposed oil seals between conical roller bearings or angular ball bearings for supporting a shaft, and by communicating a breather passage with the gap between the oil seals. CONSTITUTION:In such an arrangement that one end of drive pinion shaft 12 is journalled by means of a plural row type tapered roller bearing 10 fitted in a bearing hole 11 in a bearing plate 2, two oil seals 14. 14, are disposed with their main lips 15, 15' being directed inward, between rollers 10a, 10b the a bearing 10 which are arranged being spaced from each other. Further, in order to enhance the salability between the outer peripheral sections of main lips 15, 15' and the inner races 12, 24, springs 21, 22 are disposed. Further, a breather holes 16 are formed in the outer races 10c of the bearings 10, and are communicated with the atmosphere through a breather passage 17 formed in the bearing plate 12. Thereby it is possible to prevent oil in the other different lubrication area.
