PURPOSE:To get rid of deformation in an electrode, disorder in a alignment setup form, dislocation in the electrode, etc., by attaching plural leg pins to a insulating support member in advance, while welding these leg pins to an outer circumferential wall surface of the electrode, and forming the insulating support member and the electrode into an integral structure. CONSTITUTION:Plural leg pins 12 are aligned and set up on an insulating supporter 11 at specified intervals. Afterward, each tip of these leg pins 12 formed in an integral structure with the insulating supporter 11 by means of lase beam welding is tightly attached to each outer circumferential wall surface of electrodes G4, G3 and so on. with this constitution, deformation in these electrodes G4, G3 and so on, disorder in an alignment setup form and damage to the insulating supporter itself caused by thrusting-in of the insulating supporter 11 softned by heating, or dislocation in these electrodes causing by heat shinkage of the insulating supporter 11, etc., all can be brought to nothing.
