<p>Each tool in itself (1) comprises a hollow mounting mouthpiece (3) provided on its free edge with a part shaped like a hook or a groove (4a, 4b) of which the opening is directed towards the working end of the tool itself, the lower end of the handle (2) has a diameter such that it penetrates with soft friction into said mouthpiece (3) and a device for retaining the tool itself on the handle is secured to the latter at the vicinity of the lower end of the handle, said device comprising an elastic loop-shaped element (11) intended to be engaged into said hook- or groove-shaped part (4a, 4b) provided on said mouthpiece, as well as means (5 and 7 to 10) for tensioning or loosening after such engagement, said elastic loop either to provide for a firm connection between the handle and the tool itself or to provide for their detachment.
