PURPOSE:To make information contained in densitogram easy to be read, by entering a normalized densitogram of an object to be measured and a pattern based on the comparison thereof with a reference densitogram in parallel. CONSTITUTION:The densitogram of an object to be measured is normalized so that it gives an area proportional to a fixed migration length and the total concentration value of a substance to be inspected and displayed in a superimposition manner with an normalized densitogram of a normal sample as reference analyzed simultaneously. In addition, as a pattern based on the comparison of both of the densitograms, the following are entered in parallel in such a manner that respective measuring points thereof correspond precisely to those on the normalized densitograms: (1) a difference (DELTAi) between the densitograms of the object being measured and the normal sample; (2) ratio (RATIOi) between the densitograms of the object being measured and the normal sample and (3) ratio (NRATIOi) between the difference determined in the (1) and a preset normal variation range. |
