摘要 PURPOSE:To provide stable continuous operation of incinerator including stable combustion of EP ash in fluidized layer section, reduction of produced NOx, and prevention of various expected burning troubles due to ''After Combustion'' in trailing stream at exhaust gas outlet. CONSTITUTION:When heavy crude oil ash is burnt in fluidized layer incinerator, the furnace is operated while exhaust gas temperature at its outlet is kept at approximately 350-450 deg.C. A temperature transmitter 22 is disposed at exhaust gas outlet, and temperature signals from transmitter 22 are input to control box 13. These signals include temperature raising or lowering rate as well as measured temperature itself, and all of these signals are converted as independently displayable signals prior to inputting to control box 13. Because that fluidic layer furnace has dullish sensibility against temperature difference, control box 13 generates command signals for feeding amount of fuel, air and EP ash estimated based on dT/dt (T= temperature, t=time) signals respectively, to control all of control valves 15, 16, 17a, 20, damper 18 and rotary feeder 7. Flow control valve 24 which serves to supply cooling spray water to water spray nozzles 23 is also simulataneously controlled.
