PURPOSE:To prohibit an illegal trunk origination by any subscriber from a telephone set by constituting the titled exchange so that an extension subscriber can register a trunk origination regulating information from said telephone set corresponding to each extention subscriber to temporarily regulate the trunk origination from said telephone set. CONSTITUTION:If the extension subscriber dials the trunk origination regulating information to register a subscriber identification information and the trunk origination regulating information from the telephone set 1 corresponding to the extension subscriber, a central control unit 4 controls the writing of the dialed trunk origination regulating information in an area where the subscriber identification information of the subscriber is stored in a storage circuit provided in a main storage device 5. In such case, the trunk origination regulation is executed for the telephone set 1, and if any subscriber attempts the truck origination by using the telephone set 1, all originations are regulated and the connection to the trunk is not executed. If a trunk origination regulation releasing information is dialed in place of the trunk origination regulating information, the latter information is erased, and the subscriber's origination regulation class becomes the trunk origination regulation class set beforehand in the system.
