PURPOSE:To improve the stability of contact parts with age and to obtain electronic parts having excellent dimensional accuracy by providing an electroplating Ni film, electroplating Co film, electroplating Fe film and electroplating films of the alloys thereof by using plating baths having a specific value or above of throwing power. CONSTITUTION:The electroplating Ni film, electroplating Co film, electroplating Fe film and the electroplating films of the alloys thereof are formed directly or via an underlying film on the required surface of the base of the electronic parts, by which electronic parts formed with such electroplating films or the films for contacts formed thereon as electrical contact parts are produced. The electroplating films are formed by using the electroplating baths having >=25% throwing power when measured by using a Haring cell and setting the distance ratio between two sheets of cathode plates and anode plates at 5. |
