The invention is related to hair dryer combined with a ultraviolet ray irradiator for the combined use of drying hair and treating the scalp with ultraviolet ray. A disc form ultraviolet irradiator (5) is attached in front or rear side of the fan (6) on the case (1) of the dryer to irradiate rays toward the arrow direction (9). The ultraviolet irradiation on the scalp brings the effect of medicinal treatment on the hair roots and the skin.
