In the process of coating a conductive mixtue solution on a base cloth for a semiconductive cloth, a preparation is made to be composed of one-part or two-part type polyurethane resin 20-40 wt.%, that is prepared by polymerizing aromatic or aliphatic isocyanate and polyol, conductive carbon black 10-30wt.%, cross linking agent 1- 10wt.% containing 7-15wt% active isocyanate radical, metal stearate 0.5-5wt%, and a proper amount of hydrocarbon blending solution. The prepared solution is coated on both surfaces of the cloth to be heat treated at 150deg.C for 1 minute for hardened fixation.
