PURPOSE:To improve a forming efficiency by providing a pair of the upper and lower taper corrugated forming rolls, repeatedly forming the taper corrugated part in the longitudinal direction of a plate and finishing it with a pair of the upper and lower corru-gation finishing rolls. CONSTITUTION:A pair of the upper and lower taper corrugated forming rolls 20 are provided along the longitudinal direction of a blank plate 10 and a pair of the upper and lower corrugation finishing rolls 30 are arranged in the width direction of the plate 10 as well. The forming rolls 20 are made in a pair at the upper and lower in advance and arranged along the longitudinal direction approximately of the plate 10, one part of the plate 10 is pinched, rolled in the width direction and the corrugated plate part forming the corrugation in the width direction and tape in the ilongitudinal direction is formed on the plate 10. Then after forming repeatedly this corrugated plate part in the longitudinal direction the finishing is performed with a pair of the upper and lower finishing rolls 30. Since the corrugation part can continuously be formed by the taper roll 20 the forming efficiency of the corrugated plate is improved.
