PURPOSE:To obtain a photographic sensitive material having superior color reproducibility, improving the light fastness of a magenta dye image and preventing Y-stain under light, moisture and heat in the part developing no color by incorporating a specified coupler and a specified compound into a photographic sensitive material. CONSTITUTION:At least one kind of magenta coupler represented by formula I and at least one kind of compound represented by formula II are incorporated into a silver halide photographic sensitive material. In the formula I, Z is a group of nonmetallic atoms required to form a hetero ring contg. N, X is H or a substituent releasable by a reaction with the oxidized product of a color developing agent and R is H or a substituent. In the formula II, Rf is perfluoroalkyl or perfluoroaryl, Y is a group of nonmetallic atoms required to form a pyrrolidine ring, piperidine ring, a homopiperidine ring, a morpholine ring or a thiomorpholine ring and n=0 or 1. |
