PURPOSE:To make a temperature sensing valve compact, by providing a bias spring and a driving spring formed of a shape memory alloy in a selector valve, and making an element wire clearance of both the springs act as a valve. CONSTITUTION:A housing 21 is provided with a water supply port 22, a cold water discharge port 23 and a hot water discharge port 24. A bias spring 27 and a driving spring 26 formed of a shape memory alloy are arranged in series in the housing 21. When a cold water is supplied from the water supply port 22, the driving spring 26 is expanded to bring the cold water discharge port 23 into communication with the water supply port 22 through an element wire clearance 26a of the driving spring. When a hot water is supplied from the water supply port 22, the bias spring 27 is expanded to bring the hot water discharge port 24 into communication with the water supply port 22. On the contrary, the driving spring 26 comes into a compressed condition, thereby obtaining a closed condition of the cold water discharge port 23.
