In the case of a shuttering apparatus which is intended for retaining the end shuttering of cast concrete floors and bears, in the vertical position, along the top border edges (21) of building walls (22), the invention provides a retaining bar (1) which is provided, on its top end portion, with a supporting plate (2) and is supported, by means of its bottom end, on the outer surface of the building wall (22). In order to secure it there is provided a bracing clamp (3) which is provided with a slot, bears, in a horizontal position, on the building wall (22) and is fastened thereon. For this purpose, the bracing clamp (3) exhibits a bent-up claw-type finger (12). Moreover, the bracing clamp (3) has a supporting leg (16) which is directed downwards and towards the outer wall surface and on which there is supported a bracing wedge (4) which is inserted into the slot from above and rests on the retaining bar (1). <IMAGE>
