PURPOSE:To reduce an installation area of whole repairing equipment and to save the labor by shifting a lance pipe as standing condition and executing many kind of repairing works, such as attachment removing, dismantling, etc. CONSTITUTION:The above-mentioned pipe 11 carried is received and the upper end of the pipe 11, erected by an overturning device 14, which changes inclination of the pipe 11 from horizontal direction or reversely, is hung and the pipe 11 is laid on a shifting carriage 15 shifting on a monorail 16 as endless carrying means. A shifting mechanism, which shifts at right angle direction to the advancing direction for the monorail 16, and a rotating mechanism, which rotates the pipe 11, are arranged on the carriage 15. In this way, by rotating and shifting the pipe 11 forward and backward suitably as laying on the carriage 15, each work by the attachment removing device 17 for pipe 11, a core metal repairing device for pipe 11 and an inspection device for core metal after finishing of repairing, arranged in order at the side part of the monorail 16, is executed. Further, after coating refractory on the pipe 11 exposing the core metal by a lining device 23, the lined pipe 11 is dried by a drying device 24.
