In the process of manufacturing plastic slide fastener elements, a drive wheel (10) rotates the outer band (7) to cause the inner band (5) to rotate by the frictional force relative to the support axle (22), and on the inner side of the band (5) molten resin is made to extrude through injection holes (21) and (21') of the nozzle (4) into element molds (13) with injecting time being adjusted by plungers (31) and (31'). The resin fully charged in the mold (13) is cooled by water passing through the inner path of the axle (22), and the unfinished runner (35) is forced out by a pin (37) of a small wheel.
