<p>PURPOSE:To enable easy and continuous manufacturing of curved, wave-shaped foamed synthetic resin molding by heating the expected adhering faces of the plural sheets of foamed synthetic resin sheets so that they become adhesive faces and bonding them together by inserting them through pressing rollers whose rotation speed are different each other. CONSTITUTION:The expected adhering faces of thermoplastic resin foaming sheets 1a and 1b are heated e.g. by heatpipe 2. Sheets 1a and 1b, of which the faces are heated to become adhesive, are inserted through pressing roller 3a and 3b. If the roller 3a is driven at a lower speed than 3b, larger amount of sheet 1b will be sent compared with 1a, and, the pressing time of the heated face of sheet 1a will be longer making composition of this part more dense, and on the contrary composition of sheet (b) more rough, thus bending the laminating sheet A. Or else, by repeating low and high speed driving of roller 3a and 3b interchangeably, laminating sheet A can be molded in a wave-shape.</p> |
