PURPOSE:To allow a terminal equipment to execute charging processing about the service to the terminal equipment by providing a qualification of the reception of a prescribed service to the terminal equipment, and offering the service after confirming the qualification. CONSTITUTION:Radio communication is used among base stations 311-313 and personal telephone sets 301-304. Telephone communication is used among home telephone sets 321, 322 and the personal telephone sets 301-304 and a subscriber information center 331 holds the information of the subscribers. An identification code sent from the terminal equipments 301-304 is correctly generated depending on a predetermined key pattern and a random number possessed by a time or charging controller, and when the terminal equipments 301-304 are discriminated to be qualified for the service, the service is offered and the service charge is informed to the terminal equipments 301-304. Thus, the charging processing is executed not by the subscriber information center 331 but by the terminal equipments 301-304. |
