摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a vessel monitoring device with high reliability by collating the position on a radar signal with a position estimated by the body detection sensor of an acoustic sensor. CONSTITUTION:Acoustic sensors 51-1,...,5-n are laid on the bottom of the sea, and send out acoustic waves individually without any mutual interference and also receive and convert reflected waves into electric signals, thereby sending them to an acoustic signal processor 6. Signals from a radar signal processor 2 and the processor 6 are inputted to a collating device 3. Then, the device 3 receives position data on a marine vessel being tracked at constant intervals of time along with other various data, edits the data to display format, and sends out the edited data to a display device 4. Further, the device 3 receives estimated position data on the detected marine vessel from the processor 6, the processor 2 collates it wit the position of the object being tracked, and the collation result is displayed on the device 4. Therefore, even if the marine vessel can not be acquired by a radar owing to the influence of noises, etc., although the vessel is present, the position detected by a body detection sensor such as an acoustic sensor is estimated, so the high-reliability monitoring device having no error in the acquisition of the marine vessel is obtained.
