PURPOSE:To denitrate combustion products without necessitating NH3 by spraying fine particles consisting essentially of TiO2 into the freeboards of various reaction furnaces. CONSTITUTION:When materials to be incinerated is burned while keeping a fluidized bed at about 600-1,000 deg.C, the freeboard above the fluidized bed is maintained at about 800-1,200 deg.C. At this time, when powdery fine particles consisting essentially of TiO2 are sprayed into the freeboard, the NOx generated in the fluidized bed is decomposed under the catalytic influence of TiO2 and burned, and denitration can be simultaneously carried out. |
