PURPOSE:To eliminate molding loss due to the setting of a sealed molded form by a method wherein a tray with a cavity is permitted to move in a movable mold and the sealed molded form is taken out by opening both molds, thereafter, the tray is permitted to be pulled out of the movable mold. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of sealed molded forms is inserted into cavities in a movable tray 36, pulled out of movable molds 15, 16, the movable tray is inserted into the movable molds and fixed molds 17, 30 are set in the movable molds, thereafter, molten resin is injected into the cavities by a resin injecting mechanism 14 through a gate 45 provided on the tray to cover the sealed molded form with the resin and the molds are held and cooled for a predetermined period of time. Thereafter, the molds are opened to push and take out the sealed molded form out of the tray. The movable tray is pulled out of the movable molds again through a hydraulic device thereafter. The sealed molded form is inserted and set into the cavity of the movable tray pulled out of the movable mold in such a manner while this operation is repeated. |
