PURPOSE:To use various and versatile user application programs by setting a protocol control task positioned to an OSI presentation layer between the user application program and a personal communication adaptor. CONSTITUTION:The protocol control task 13 applying the protocol conversion for the personal computer recommended communication system and the communication system of the user application program 14 placed at the presentation layer in the OSI reference model is set between the user application program 14 and the personal computer communication adaptor 11 in the personal computer 12 having the personal computer communication adaptor 11 applying communication control by the personal computer recommended system placed at the 5th layer of an open system interconnection (OSI) reference model to apply the protocol conversion. Thus, various and versatile user applications such as a manufacture standard procedure type application program are used among various personal computers.
