PURPOSE:To select a specific sending notice message among plural sending notice messages by showing together with a message of an equipment user to the sending notice message, in a generating means for the sending notice message. CONSTITUTION:A signal of an original read by a read section 1 is stored in a memory 2 until the end of communication. Further, the message to the operator is given from the read section 1 and stored in the memory 2 before the sent original is read and the stored message is added in succession to the sending notice message and the result is outputted to a recording section 5 in the stage that the communication is finished normally or with an error and the sending notice for the result of communication is outputted. Even if the operator leaves its seat after the sending operation by a specific operation and plural operators apply sending operations to generate plural sending notice messages in such a way, each operator obtoins its own sending notice message surely, and recognizes the result of communication.
