PURPOSE:To convert variation in the pulse width of each pulse signal into a signal which is measurable by an oscillograph by providing a time-voltage converting means, an AD converter, and a control means. CONSTITUTION:A pulse Pa to be measured which is inputted to an input terminal 1 is supplied to the time-voltage converting means 2 and converted into a voltage signal Vs corresponding to its pulse width. The signal Vs outputted by the converting means 2 is AD-converted 3. A control means 5, on the other hand, detects the trailing edge of the input pulse Pa inputted to the converting means 2 and supplies a control pulse Pb to an AD converter 3 synchronously with its trailing edge, so that the AD converting operation is carried out with this pulse Pb. Further, a reset pulse Pc is generated synchronously with the trailing edge of the pulse Pb and the converting means 2 is reset with this pulse Pc. The AD-converted digital signal is DA-converted when necessary and supplied to the oscillograph to draw its voltage waveform, so that variation in the pulse width of the input pulse is displayed as the voltage waveform.
