PURPOSE:To stir water to be inspected excellently by arranging many cylinder mechanisms radially and operating them in specific order. CONSTITUTION:The cylinder mechanisms 11-18 are arranged in a measurement tank 10 radially so that their pistons face the center part of the measurement tank 10. The pistons of the cylinder mechanisms are put in reciprocal motion by air, etc., as shown by arrows (a). This reciprocal motion allows the water to be inspected in the measurement tank 10 to flow as shown by arrows (b). Then the figure shows that the mechanism 11 is off and the mechanism 13 is on, provided that the state in which the piston is inside the tank 10 is on and the state in which the piston is outside the tank is off. Further, the mechanism 12 is still on and the other mechanisms 14-18 are off. At this time, the water to be inspected move as shown by arrows (b) nearby the mechanisms 11-13. This operation is repeated in order and the water to be inspected rotates counterclockwise. Namely, the water is stirred.
