发明名称 SOLVENT SEPARATOR BY MULTI-STAGE AERATION
摘要 PURPOSE:To continuously and efficiently separate a solvent such as te trachloroethylene from waste water by arraying aeration tanks in series to many stages, and feeding air to the flow thereof from the down stream to the upper stream, thereby aerating the waste water. CONSTITUTION:Capsules 8 as the aeration tanks are continuously arranged in series to many stages and many sheets of rotating vanes 1 are arrayed and mounted to a revolving shaft which is provided to penetrate the capsules. One piece each of the rotating vanes is disposed to each capsule. The water water contg. the solvent such as tetrachloroethylene is first injected from an injecting port 6 to the rotating vane 1 of the uppermost stage. The waste water is further splashed to the peripheries by the centrifugal forces of the rotating vanes and is striken against the walls of the capsules to evaporate the solvent. The splashed waste water is gathered to the central parts in the capsules and is dropped onto the lower rotating vane and while the same thing is repeated again therein, the waste water is successively aerated. The air to be used for the aeration is passed in the direction opposite from the flow of the waste water. The air is taken in by a fan 3 from a suction port 4 and is discharged from a discharge port 5.
