METHOD FOR IMPROVING FLEXURAL RESISTANCE OF FLUOROSILICONE RUBBER, LASH-ADJUSTER AND ACTUATOR FOR AUTO-TENSIONER

PURPOSE:To enable remarkable improvement of flexural resistance of a fluorosilicone rubber, by immersing a vulcanizing and formed fluorosilicone rubber in an organic solvent containing a specific organic zinc compound. CONSTITUTION:Flexural resistance of a fluorosilicone rubber can be improved by immersing (A) a vulcanized and formed fluorosilicone rubber in (B) an organic solvent (e.g. toluene) or a lubricant containing (C) a compound of formu la (R is primary or secondary alkyl or allyl). The amount of the component C is preferably about 0.1-15wt% of the component C. The immersion of the component A is preferably carried out at 50-200 deg.C for 1-20hr.
