PURPOSE:To attain a large number of copies of records with no use of a press master disk by doping the impurities partly to a disk-shaped polyacetylene film or a polyacetylene film formed on a disk-shaped substrate and using the change of the reflection factors of those impurities to record information. CONSTITUTION:A Ziegler Natta-type catalyst 1 is applied to the surface of a glass substrate 2 and this substrate 2 is put into a sealed-up container. Then the acetylene gas is supplied into the container to form a 1 - several mum polyacetylene film 3. Then Ph3S<+>AsF6<->, a kine of hexafluoroarsenic hydrochloric acid is applied onto the film 3 and the ultraviolet rays are applied to such film 3 via a chrome mask using a quartz glass substrate. Thus HAsF6 is produced from a part irradiated by the ultraviolet rays, then doped into a polyacetylene film 5. This film is removed and adhered to a plastic disk 7 and this disk 7 is covered with a plastic film 8 for protection of the film 5. As a result, no production of a press master disk and a large number of copies can be easily obtained. |
