PURPOSE:To suck and remove air, gas or the like, sealed into the cavity of an injection molding mold, quickly by utilizing a hydraulic device provided in a molder permanently. CONSTITUTION:An air cylinder 4, constituted so as to be coaxial with a hydraulic cylinder 1, is provided continuously at the sliding and projecting side of a hydraulic rod 3. An air piston 5, which slides in the air cylinder 4, is secured to the tip end of the hydraulic rod 3. The air piston 5 is provided with an evacuating port 10 at a proper place and a non-return valve is provided. On the other hand, the air cylinder 4 is provided with a suction port 7, penetrated to the outside thereof, in the back pressure section B in the same cylinder 4 while a bracket 8, equipped with the non-return valve, is attached to the outside of the cylinder 4. A high-pressure hose 17 is attached to the bracket and is connected to the suction bracket 16 of a mold. The hydraulic cylinder is used as a pressure reducer, therefore, air in the cavity 18 of the mold can be sucked powerfully. On the other hand, a sucking operation and a mold clamping operation are effected differently, therefore, a proper timing may be set freely during a short period of time between the low-pressure mold clamping process and a high-pressure mold clamping process of the mold. |
