PURPOSE:To obtain a finish having uniformity, etc., of colors by combining a primer paint contg. the high condensation product of specific org. silicon as a binder component and finish paint contg. a fluoroplastic high polymer and/or polyurethane resin as a binder component. CONSTITUTION:The penetration type inorg. paint contg. the high condensation product of the org. silicon which is formed by hydrolyzing a mixture composed of the org. silicon compd. expressed by formula I (R is a hydrocarbon group of 1-8C) and/or the low condensation product thereof and the org. silicon compd. expressed by formula II (R' is a hydrocarbon group of 1-12C, R is the same as mentioned above) and/or the low condensation product thereof in the presence of an acid catalyst, the adjusting the pH thereof to >=7 by using an alkaline material and condensing the mixture and does not have a silanol group at the molecular terminal as the binder component is primer-coated on the surface of the porous inorg. material and the finish paint contg. the fluoroplastic high polymer and/or polyurethane resin as the binder component is coated thereon to form the colors. As a result, the finish having the uniformity, depth, etc., of the colors is obtd.
