PURPOSE:To prepare various raw glass materials by providing many raw material hoppers, many weighing containers hung from a trolley conveyor, a weigher furnished under the weighing container, and a raw material blender. CONSTITUTION:Many raw material hoppers 21-28 for the raw materials which are blended in a high mixing ratio and most frequency used, many weighing containers 10-18, the weigher 19, a weighing lifter 20, a weigher shifter 30, and a blender 49 are provided. The weighing containers 10-18 are conveyed to the positioned of the raw material hoppers 21-28, and the raw materials are charged in the containers. The raw materials in the weighing containers 10-18 are weighed in accordance with the predetermined mixing ratio, then all the containers are successively conveyed to the blender 47, and the materials are charged in the blender. The raw material in a low mixing ratio is manually blended, and charged in a subline and a main line. |
