PURPOSE:A composition, obtained by blending a polyepoxy compound with a cyanic acid ester based resin, thermoplastic resin and specific imidazole compound and having excellent heat and water resistance without shortening pot life and improved moldability. CONSTITUTION:A composition obtained by blending (A) a polyepoxy compound having at least >=2 epoxy groups in one molecule with (B) a cyanic acid ester based resin, (C) a thermoplastic resin and (D) an imidazole compound expressed by formula I (R is alkyl or phenyl; X is -CH2OH, -CH3, etc.). A polyaryl ether sulfone expressed by the formula (Ar-SO2)n (Ar is expressed by formulas II, III, etc.; n is >=5) is used as the component (C). A polyfunctional cyanic acid ester containing >=2 cyanato groups or blend thereof with a prepolymer thereof may be used as the component (B). |
