PURPOSE:To facilitate the soldering by arranging terminal electrodes for mounting lead terminals on one major surface of a piezoelectric board so as to apply the soldering of the lead terminals from the one major surface of the piezoelectric board. CONSTITUTION:The piezoelectric board 10 made of a rectangular ceramic is provided and a couple of individual electrodes 12, 13 opposed to each other while clipping a spacer 11 on its midpoint and of the same rectangular area are formed to the one major surface 10a of the board 10. Electrodes 15, 17 for lead terminal mount prolonged from the electrodes 12, 13 are provided and an opposite electrode 18 opposing to the broadwise direction of the electrodes 12, 13 and the board 10 is formed to the other major surface 10b. Thus, the soldering of the lead terminals 19, 20 to the piezoelectric resonator is applied from one side of the piezoelectric board 10 to facilitate the soldering of the lead terminals 19, 20.
