PURPOSE:To reduce a handling quantity, miniaturize a separator, a dust collector, etc., lower the cost of the whole device and reduce an installing space by dividing an injecting material into a reusable part and an impurity mixed part by means of centrifugal discharging midway in a circulating passage and removing impurity from said mixed part. CONSTITUTION:An injecting materials injected into a grinding and cleaning chamber 2 by means of an injector 1 is recovered by circulating equipment 3 and divided into a reusable injecting material part having a larger mass and an injecting material part having a smaller mass and with a larger mixed rate of impurity, utilizing a centrifugal discharging action on its way. And, the injecting material part having a larger mass is circulated as it is from a tank 5 into the injector 1. On the other hand, the injecting material part having a smaller mass and with a larger mixed rate of impurity is sent into an impurity separator 4 and the impurity is removed by utilizing the suction of a dust collector and the injecting material is circulated to the injector 1 through the injecting material tank 5 while the impurity is discharged out of a passage from a discharge pipe 7. Accordingly, the handling quantity is greatly reduced and the separator and dust collector, etc. can be miniaturized, lowering the cost of the whole device while reducing the installing space.
