PURPOSE:To obtain an instrument which can be used or installed in any environment and enables the clouding of a display part due to water drops to be removed by providing a wiper wiping the inside of a front transparent cover of a display part at the inside surface. CONSTITUTION:A wiper 10 for wiping the inside surface of a glass plate 8 covering the front surface of the display part 2 is provided. This has an arm 14 whose one end is fixed to a fitting part 12 arranged at the center part of the glass plate 8 and a wiping member 16 fixed to the other end. The fitting part 12 has a collared short shaft 22 fitted rotatably in a through hole 20 at the center part of the glass plate 8 from inside and an operation knob 24 arranged outside, and those are coupled with the arm 14 integrally by a screw 26. Then, the knob 24 is operated from outside and then the wiper 10 rotates to clean up the internal surface of the glass plate 8 by a member 16 which contacts it with proper pressure, thereby removing the clouding or stain on the internal surface of the glass plate 8.
