发明名称 METHOD FOR FRACTIONATING AND MEASURING BLOOD PLATELET BY ACTIVATION TYPE
摘要 PURPOSE:To accurately measure the agglutination function of a blood platelet, in measuring the platelet, by fractionating the agglutination functions so as to classify the same by an activation type. CONSTITUTION:An anticoagulant comprising citric acid is mixed with blood sampled to prepare a specimen-A containing a blood platelet of which the intracellular pH is 6.3-6.4. Next, an anticoagulant comprising sodium citrate is mixed with blood sampled without using an a vascular band so as not to damage blood vessel as possible to prepare a specimen B containing the platelet of which the intracellular pH is 7.3-7.4. The number of platelets of both specimens and the number of platelets in the specimen A is set to the number of platelets of whole blood and the difference between the number of platelets of both specimens is set to the number of activation type (I) platelets. Subsequently, the number of platelets of the specimen B are measured after a predetermined time and the difference with the number of platelets of the previous specimen B is set to the number of activation type (II) platelets, that is, platelets activated by certain degree stimulation. The number of the residual platelets are set to that of activation type type (III) platelets not activated by usual physical stimulation.
