摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To stabilize an ambient temperature in a furnace and to reduce production of NOx, by a method wherein a 2-stage combustion chamber, to which an introduction passage for air for 2-stage combustion is communicated, is connected to the outlet of a burner. CONSTITUTION:Oil or gas fuel is fed through an oil feed port 1a or a gas feed port 1b to mix it with primary air combustion air fed through a primary combustion air inlet 2, and the mixture is burnt within a 1-stage combustion chamber 4 together with secondary air through a secondary combustion air inlet 3. After an amount of secondary combustion air through the air inlet 3 is regulated to bring the 1-stage combustion chamber into a low oxygen combustion state where NOx is not produced and combustion gas in the 1-stage combustion chamber is injected through an injection nozzle 5 of the combustion chamber 4 into a 2-stage combustion chamber 8. The injected air is mixed, within the combustion chamber 8, with second stage combustion air introduced through a passage 7 by means of a 2-stage combustion air inlet 6 for combustion, and the mixture flows through an injection nozzle 11 into a furnace 12. By means of an injection force of combustion gas injected through the injection nozzle 5, the interior of the combustion chamber 8 is brought into a negative pressure state, and 2-stage combustion air and exhaust gas atmosphere in a furnace are sucked in the combustion chamber 8 through passages 7 and 10, respectively, and are mixed with injection combustion gas through the injection nozzle 5 to reduce a combustion temperature, resulting in prevention of production of NOx.</p>
